We are excited to announce that SurveyOptic has achieved a significant milestone by becoming part of an APUC Framework Agreement, making it even easier for Scottish HE and FE institutions to procure our support for their staff engagement surveys. Having demonstrated exceptional service delivery, SurveyOptic has successfully secured a position on both lots on the Framework Agreement, effective from August 2023 until August 2026. Our offerings were evaluated on various aspects and we were delighted to find our self-service and full-managed services being highly commended.
The two lots we now form part of include:
- PFB1046 AP Lot 1, as a self-managed service that focuses on the functionality of the platform, with most of the surveys being designed and executed by the institutions themselves. Additional value-added features include unlimited surveys, access to readymade survey templates and supportive dashboards to enrich the quality of service.
- PFB1046 AP Lot 2, as an outsourced and project-managed service centred around optimising the platform’s functionality. It provides a close working collaboration that benefits from extensive services that span objective setting, strategy building and action planning.
Beyond offering staff engagement surveys, institutions that choose SurveyOptic through APUC can also carry out any other surveys, consultations or assessments to fulfill their expanding needs, widening our contribution to the sector.

APUC (Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges) Limited is the procurement centre of expertise for all of Scotland’s universities and colleges.
