Our 15th birthday wasn’t just a milestone; it was a great moment to celebrate how far we’ve come with our customers and the new opportunities we’re creating together. We’ve made the experience of using the platform more seamless. The refreshed interface has made the platform more approachable for new users, while making sure advanced users can also work faster. As one customer puts it: “It feels like the platform knows how we work.”

Behind the scenes, we’ve been building on what already worked well and turning it into processes that scale. For customers, that means more consistency, even more reliability, and opportunities to build on previous successes. It’s all part of how we lock in continuous improvements, ensuring that every project creates real, lasting value. We now have external recognition for the strength of our processes.

We’ve also been extending our reach across the UK, with a permanent base in Edinburgh and more time spent in the North of England, working even more closely with customers on the ground. These deeper connections mean we’re better placed to understand challenges in context, and respond with solutions that are easy to adopt and make a real difference. We have also enhanced our international capabilities and existing multilingual support. You’ll soon see this reflected in the certifications, frameworks and features we’re rolling out as well as a refreshed logo and new designs.

As we step into our 16th year, we’re piloting new capabilities with customers who are at the leading edge of digital transformation, and the early results are already shaping the future of the platform. AI has been another area of progress. As a Microsoft AI ISV, we’ve been exploring cutting-edge tools, but always with a focus on what matters most to our customers: security, privacy and compliance.
